Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at jiamikeji@gmail.com with your order number.

Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
